Sensory - 2 - Optic - Optic canal
Motor - 3 - Oculomotor - Superior orbital fissure

5b - Maxillary - Foramen rotundum, Inferior orbital fissure, Infraorbital foramen

1 Olfactory – Sense of smell
2 Optic – Vision and Pupillary light reflex
3 Oculomotor – Constriction of pupil & Ciliary for accommodation reaction of lens & extraocular eye muscles
4 Trochlear – Innervates the dorsal oblique muscle rotates eye medioventrally
5 Trigeminal – Muscles of mastication and facial sense
6 Abducens – Innervates the lateral rectus muscle of eye rotates globe laterally &Retract globe into orbit
7 Facial – Muscles of facial expression and Taste to rostral 2/3 of tongue
8 Vestibulocholear – Equilibrium and Hearing
9 Glassopharyngeal – Sensory and motor to pharynx and palate & Parasympathetic to zygomatic and parotid salivary gland
10 Vagus - Sensory and motor to pharynx and palate &Parasympathetic to thoracic and abdominal organs
11 Accessory – Trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscles
12 Hypoglossal – Movement of tongue.
