CASE SCENARIO

A 32 year old patient with poorly controlled HIV recently diagnosed with AIDS presents following a seizure. His friend reports he has been complaining of headache for the past 2 weeks. And over these past few days has become more confused. A contrast-enhanced CT head shows multiple ring-enhancing lesions.
