Clinical Scenario

A patient presents for syncope. EMS arrived on scene to find a patient who was unresponsive and pulseless. Compressions are started and cardiac pads are placed on the patient. On the next pulse and rhythm check you find the patient with this rhythm:

The patient still does not have a pulse. And CPR is resumed. Upon arrival to the ED, you note the same rhythm on the cardiac monitor.
