Clinical Scenario

A patient in cardiac arrest has been receiving compressions for the past 20 minutes. Epinephrine has been given and the patient was shocked twice. However the patient has since been persistently been in asystole for the last few rhythm checks. Most recently the cardiac monitor shows:
