Unknown Gas Exposure

Clinical Scenario

A 46 year old male is a victim of an exposure to an unknown gas, suspected to be a biological weapon. Within minutes after exposure, he begins to feel lightheaded and has blurry vision. Upon arrival to the emergency department, his vitals are: HR 54, BP 99/58, RR 24, T 36 Celsius. He is diaphoretic on exam and diffusely wheezing when you auscultate his lungs. He is lacrimating and salivating uncontrollably.
